This Contract (“Agreement” or “Contract”) is dated for convenience as of RIGHT AT SCHOOL (RAS), between the Mt. Diablo Unified School District (“District” or “MDUSD”) and RIGHT AT SCHOOL (RAS) (“Contractor”). The District and Contractor may be individually referred to herein as a “Party,” or collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
