This Contract is entered into by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control and DT Spart Lodging, LLC with respect to the Property located at East St. John Street and North Church Street, Spartanburg, South Carolina. The Property includes approximately 0.79 acres identified by Tax Map Serial Numbers 7-12- 06-085.01, 7-12-10-044.00, and 7-12-10-044.01. In entering this Contract, the Department relies on the representations contained in the “Non Responsible Party Application for Voluntary Cleanup Contract" of April 6, 2021, and any amendments thereto, by DT Spart Lodging, LLC, which is incorporated into this Contract and attached as Appendix A.
