This ASSUMPTION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of May [●], 2022, by and among Time Insurance Company, a Wisconsin domestic insurance company (“TIC”) and John Hancock Life Insurance Company (U.S.A.), a Michigan domestic insurance company (“JHUSA”).
