Sanctuary Place is a partnership between Health Imperatives and the Planning Office for Urban Affairs, an affordable nonprofit housing developer and social justice ministry affiliated with the Archdiocese of Boston. It includes eight (8) project-based single room occupancy (SRO) Massachusetts Rental Voucher Program (MRVP) units. It also includes four and one-half (4.5) bathrooms, including 1.5 accessible bathrooms, a full common kitchen, dining room, living room, study, offices for on-site services staff, on-site laundry, at least eleven (11) outdoor parking spaces including one handicap space, and an outdoor amenity area.
