This Standard Terms and Conditions HWG 365 Cloud Services Agreement (the “Agreement") is between Halliburton Worldwide GmbH (“HWG”) and the entity identified in Exhibit A as the STEPS Named Institution HWG shall make the Cloud Services listed in Exhibit B available for use in STEPS subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Each of HWG and STEPS recipients may be referred to individually as a Party, and collectively as the Parties.
