This Agreement is made and dated as of the day of , (the “Effective Date”), by and between the CONNECTICUT RESOURCES RECOVERY AUTHORITY (“CRRA”), a body politic and corporate, constituting a public instrumentality and political subdivision of the State of Connecticut (the “State”), and the [TOWN / CITY] OF [NAME] in the State, a municipality and political subdivision of the State (the “Municipality”). CRRA and the Municipality are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
