The ongoing Products and Services Agreement agreed between our companies requires an update that enables us to meet the requirements imposed by GDPR. The purpose of this letter is to inform you of the changes we are making to our contract with you (namely to Clauses 9 and 13 of the Standard Terms and Conditions of the Technology Group) which form part of the Products and Services Agreement and are listed in Schedule 1 of this letter.
