ECHO® Incorporated, for itself and all subsidiary, parent or related companies (collectively, “ECHO”), warrants and conditions (this “Limited Warranty”) to only the first retail purchaser (the “Buyer”) that this Echo®, Shindaiwa®, or kWiet Power® branded product, excluding the engine therein (“Product”) is free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of the first retail sale. As used herein, “first retail sale” includes rental or lease.
