This Master Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of the effective date set forth in an Order executed simultaneously with this document or as of the date of last signature if an Order is not executed simultaneously (the “Effective Date”) and is entered into between TokenEx, Inc., a Delaware Corporation (“TokenEx”), and the other entity signing this Agreement below (“Customer”). This Agreement sets forth the agreed terms and conditions which govern and control delivery and use of the Services.
