This Participating Addendum for the above referenced Master Agreement (“Participating Addendum”) is made and entered into by and between the State of Washington acting by and through the Department of Enterprise Services, a Washington State governmental agency (“Enterprise Services”) and Liftnow Automotive Equipment Corp, a New York company (“Contractor”) and is dated and effective as of August 10, 2023.
