This Agreement is between the Bryn Mawr School (“Bryn Mawr” or the “School”) and the undersigned Parent(s)/Legal Guardian(s) (the “Parents”) of , (the “Student”), a student at Bryn Mawr. Bryn Mawr is allowing students to return to participation in certain interscholastic sports, including sport practices, training, and inter-scholastic athletics competitions between Bryn Mawr and other local independent schools (the “Interscholastic Athletics”) during the 2020-2021 school year. In consideration for the Student’s participation in Interscholastic Athletics during the 2020-2021 school year, Parents hereby agree to the terms and conditions below:
