WEYERHAEUSER COMPANY , hereinafter called “Weyerhaeuser” with a notice address of 14410 Seneca Trail North Lewisburg, WV 24901 and in consideration of the Lease Fee, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, hereby grants to the OLD HOLLY SWAMP identified below (hereinafter “Lessee”) the exclusive right and privilege to hunt and fish for all legal types and species of game fish, game birds, and game animals within the boundaries of the land delineated on the attached Exhibit A (hereinafter the “Leased Property”). This hunting lease agreement (hereinafter the “Lease”) is entered into this 28 day of March 2018 .

WEYERHAEUSER COMPANY , hereinafter called “Weyerhaeuser” with a notice address of 14410 Seneca Trial North, Lewisburg, WV 24901, and in consideration of the Lease Fee, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, hereby grants to the Old Holly Swamp identified below (hereinafter “Lessee”) the exclusive right and privilege to hunt and fish for all legal types and species of game fish, game birds, and game animals within the boundaries of the land delineated on the attached Exhibit A (hereinafter the “Leased Property”). This hunting lease agreement (hereinafter the “Lease”) is entered into this 6 day of April 2017 .
