This is an agreement between the Willoughby-Eastlake City School District Board of Education (“the Board” or “District”), a political subdivision of the State of Ohio, and Serpentini Chevrolet of Willoughby Hills, 2810 Bishop Road, Willoughby Hills, Ohio 44092, (“Serpentini”), for signage and naming rights to the District’s fieldhouse and athletic fields at North and South High School (“Facility” or “Facilities”).
