The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish and maintain bargaining relations between the Employer, the Union and the Employees covered by this Agreement, to provide an orderly procedure for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances and for the maintenance of harmonious relations and settled conditions of employment between the Employer, the Union and the Employees covered by this Agreement. All as provided herein and to encourage efficiency in operations.
