Empire State University (SUNY Empire), of the State University of New York (SUNY), and Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC), of the City University of New York (CUNY), agree to enter into a Pathways Transfer Program Articulation Agreement (Agreement). This Agreement assures that qualified students completing any Associate in Arts (AA), Associate in Science (AS), or Associate of Applied Science (AAS) at BMCC will be able to transfer the entire degree seamlessly to SUNY Empire.1 This Agreement also establishes procedures for graduates of BMCC to obtain the appropriate bachelor's degree (BA, BS, and BPS) at SUNY Empire.
