DENTON COUNTY MHMR CENTER (“Grantee”), which are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties,” parties to that certain Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Grant contract effective September 1, 2018 and denominated HHSC Contract No. HHS000187100001(the “Contract”), now desire to amend the Contract.
