THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of 20 , by and between Public Utility District No. 2 of Pacific County, Washington, a municipal corporation duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Washington as party of the first part, hereinafter referred to as the “District”, and Pacific County, a political subdivision of the State of Washington, party of the second part, hereinafter referred to as the “County”.
