This OPERATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), effective as of July 30 , 2018 (the “Effective Date”), is by and between a Colorado limited liability company (“Producer”), and Louisville Gas and Electric Company, a Kentucky corporation (“Generator”). Producer and Generator are sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
