This document concerns the approval of the electric and gas energy efficiency programs which are intended to be implemented for calendar years 2011 and 2012. This Settlement Agreement (Settlement Agreement ) is entered into by the following parties and Staff: Granite State Electric Company d/b/a National Grid (National Grid); New Hampshire Electric Cooperative, Inc.
