Subject to the approval of the Court and pursuant to Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, this Class Action Settlement Agreement, including its exhibits, (collectively the “Settlement Agreement” or “Agreement”) is entered into between Plaintiffs Anthony Brent, Oluwakemi Ade-Fosudo, James Buechler, Desiree Walker, Confidence Dike, and Tyler Woerner1 (the “Plaintiffs”) on behalf of themselves and the Settlement Class Members (as defined below), and Defendant Advanced Medical Management, LLC (“AMM”) (collectively, the “Parties”), in the above-captioned action, Brent et al. v. Advanced Medical Management, LLC et al., Civil Action No. 1:23−cv−03254−JKB (D. Md.) (the “Litigation”). Defendant Points Group, LLC (“Points Group”) is not a party to this Settlement. Plaintiffs agree to fully and finally release Points Group as described further herein.
