Clearfield warrants to the original purchaser that the Products sold hereunder are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, subject to all terms and conditions herein, commencing on the date of shipment to the original purchaser and continuing for the period of time specified below, depending upon Product category (the “Warranty Period”). In the event that a Product is discovered during the Warranty Period to contain defects in materials or workmanship, Clearfield shall, in its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective Product.
