This Master Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is between salesforce.com Sàrl, a limited liability company having its registered office at Route de la Longeraie 9, 1110 Morges, Switzerland (“SFDC”) and the party named above. This Agreement is effective as of the later of the dates beneath the parties’ signatures below (the “Effective Date”).
