Nexthink, Inc., located at 501 Boylston Street, Suite 4102, Boston, MA 02116, United States (“Nexthink”) and customer (“Customer”) enter into this Cloud Master Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) as of the date of grant by Nexthink of access rights to the Subscription Services (“Effective Date”). Nexthink and Customer are referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party” to this Agreement. Capitalized terms shall have the meanings set forth in this Agreement.
