This Common Interest In Anticipation Of Litigation Joint Participation Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into by and among the undersigned entities (individually “Member”, and collectively, “Members” or the “Common Interest Group”) as represented by their respective undersigned counsel. This Agreement memorializes certain understandings reached among Members and their counsel with respect to their common interests in connection with the subject matter about which litigation is anticipated.
