The City and Contractor (“Parties”) previously entered into Agreement Amendment No. 1 dated September 19, 2019, Amendment No. 2 dated November 12, 2019, and Amendment No. 3 dated May 27, 2020. The Agreement, as amended, is further amended to extend the termination date, as well as to add additional scope of work to be performed by Contractor and paid for by the City. The additional work, anticipated in the original solicitation, was requested by the City to continue the Pump Station Decommissioning program. The Agreement is further revised as follows:
