The Regional Bike Parking Program is a service operated and funded by iCommute, the regional Transportation Demand Management program of the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG). The program is designed to reduce traffic congestion in order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and other environmental pollutants that result from driving alone.
