This License Agreement (“Agreement”) for SELECTSYNCTM or other software being installed and/or used (“Software”) is entered into by and between Hubbell Lighting, Inc. (“HLI”) and each company and/or user installing and/or using the Software (“User”). BY INSTALLING OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, USER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF THE USER DOES NOT AGREE, USER MUST UNINSTALL ALL COPIES AND RETURN THE SOFTWARE.
