about the provision of optional medical services that will be invoiced separately. This affects the medical services to all employed or civil servant hospital physicians who are involved in the treatment, if they are entitled to invoice their services separately within the scope of an inpatient, daycare and one-daycare (§ 115f SGB V) as well as preadmission and postdischarge treatments (§ 115a of SGB V), including services arranged by these physicians from physicians and institutions under medical direction outside the hospital § 16 BPflV, § 17 Abs. 3 KHEntgG (private medical practitioner chain). The agreement equally applies for private medical services which are not liquidated by the private medical practitioner himself but the hospital.
