(“Tetraphase”), having a place of business at 480 Arsenal Street, Suite 110, Watertown, MA 02472 and David Lubner (the “Executive”), residing at 4 Michael Circle, Southborough MA 01772. Tetraphase and the Executive are sometimes referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party.”
