This Confidentiality Agreement ("Agreement") is made by and between ProTracker Software, Inc. ("ProTracker)” and ProTracker Software Prospect or Customer (collectively, “Customer”) and is effective as of the first contact with ProTracker Software as a prospective customer, whether by phone, email or text message, or the Customer purchase date, whichever is earlier.
