This PulsePoint Platform License Agreement (this "Agreement") is made and entered into by and between the PulsePoint Foundation, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (“PulsePoint”), and the entity or person ("Partner") whose signature appears below, effective on the last signature date set forth below (the "Effective Date"). PulsePoint and Partner may be referred to hereinafter individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”. Capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings set forth in Section 16 (Definitions) of this Agreement.
