Contract PHSKC# 2011NM034 CAG-12-027 Public Health—Seattle & King County and the City of Renton REGIONAL DISASTER PLAN AGREEMENT This Agreement is made and entered into between Public Health-Seattle and King County (PHSKC) and the City of Renton as Subscribing Organizations to the Regional Disaster Plan. Both PHSKC and the City of Renton have signed the Omnibus Legal and Financial Agreement ("Omnibus Agreement", incorporated herein as Attachment 1) for organizations participating in the Regional Disaster Plan. This Agreement is governed by the terms of the Omnibus Agreement. It defines'the responsibilities of PHSKC as a "Borrower" and the City of Renton as a "Lender" in an incident requiring vaccination, dispensing of medication or provision of medical needs sheltering to people in King County.
