These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are incorporated by reference into all Order Forms for DealerTrack OLRS products (together, the “Order Forms”) executed between Customer and General Systems Solutions, Inc., a DealerTrack company (“DealerTrack”). These Terms and all Order Forms executed by the parties together constitute a binding agreement between Customer and DealerTrack and are referred to collectively as the “Agreement”.
