This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Egyptian Communication Services, Inc. (ECSI) , a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Illinois, with offices at 1010 W. Broadway, Steeleville, IL 62288 and Verizon North Inc., f/k/a GTE North Incorporated, Verizon South Inc., f/k/a GTE South Incorporated (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Wisconsin, with offices at 8001 West Jefferson, Fort Wayne, IN 46804. (ECSI and Verizon may be referred to hereinafter, each individually, as a "Party," and, collectively, as the "Parties").
