Upon acceptance, the terms and conditions set forth in this Proposal shall constitute the Contract (hereinafter Proposal/Contract) and set forth the entire understanding and agreement between the Purchaser and the Company. Where there is a conflict between terms and conditions of the Proposal/Contract and terms and conditions of any other document, terms and conditions of this Proposal/Contract shall control.
