This subscription agreement is entered into between the supplier of Kit Prep, Tendable Limited (registered number 09954491), of 4th Floor Aldgate Tower, 2 Leman Street, London, E1 8FA (“Supplier”) and you, the customer, whose details are set out below (“Customer”).
