by and between Pacific Maritime Association (hereinafter called “the Association”), on behalf of its members (here- inafter designated as “the Employers” or the “individual employer”), and the International Longshore and Ware- house Union (hereinafter designated as “the Union”), on behalf of itself and each and all of its clerks’ locals in Cali- fornia, Oregon and Washington (hereinafter designated as “clerks’ locals”) and all employees performing work under the scope, terms and conditions of this Contract Document. This Contract Document is a part of the ILWU-PMA Pacif- ic Coast Longshore and Clerks’ Agreement.
