This agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between CONTRACTOR, (the "Sponsor") and Central Connecticut State University, a constituent unit of the State of Connecticut System of Higher Education, with an address of 1615 Stanley Street, New Britain, Connecticut 06053 (hereinafter the “University”), The parties are entering into this exclusive sponsorship agreement because the University wishes to grant to Sponsor, and Sponsor wishes to obtain, (i) the exclusive rights to offer Products for sale or sampling on the Campus (as defined herein) and (ii) to market and associate Products with the University and to promote their consumption and sale generally and on the Campus. In consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, the parties agree to the following terms regarding their exclusive sponsorship agreement.
