Grantee will provide sessions of the evidence-based program, EnhanceFitness which improves the overall functional fitness and well being of older adults through physical exercise in a group setting. Additionally Grantee will provide a Kenko Living Series and digital literacy classes. Kenko Living Series provides health education with an emphasis on understanding the aging process, common age related illness/disease/issues and fostering a healthy aging lifestyle. All three programs encourage physical activity and socialization, addressing the needs of older adults to stay fit and engaged.
