This Generating Facility Interconnection Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Napa-Vallejo Waste Management Authority, a Government Agency (“Producer”), and Pacific Gas and Electric Company (“PG&E”) a California Corporation. Producer and PG&E are sometimes also referred to in this Agreement jointly as “Parties” or individually as “Party.” In consideration of the mutual promises and obligations stated in this Agreement and its attachments, the Parties agree as follows:
