Verizon South Inc., f/k/a GTE South Incorporated (“Verizon”), a Virginia corporation, and AURA Communications, Inc. a North Carolina corporation (“AURA”), enter into this Supplemental Agreement No. 1 regarding Unbundled Network Elements, dated as of April 20, 2001 (this “Supplemental Agreement No. 1. (each of Verizon and AURA being referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”).
