The Monroe City R-I School district, its employees, officers and agents, as well as the owners of the property on which we practice shall not be liable for any injury, including death, damages or liability, to any persons and/or agencies for damage to property regardless of how such injury or damages, caused, sustained or alleged to have been sustained by the student or by others as a result of any coordination or occurrence whatsoever related to this activity. The Monroe City R-1 School has Liability Insurance Coverage that protects the school district from liability. The School District does not provide medical coverage for students while participating in this activity.
