This agreement is designed to open the lines of communication between roommates, encourage the development of clear living expectations, and serve as a resource during conflict resolution. In addition to this agreement, you have access to Community Advisors (CA) and Assistant Directors (AD) who are available to support you in navigating conflict should you need assistance.
