MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN SOCIAL SERVICES AGENCY AND ORANGEWOOD CHILDREN’S FOUNDATIONSocial Services • January 14th, 2021
This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is between the County of Orange (COUNTY), a political subdivision of the State of California, through its Social Services Agency, hereinafter referred to as “SSA” and the Orangewood Children’s Foundation, a California non-profit corporation hereinafter referred to as “OCF.” SSA and OCF may be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “the Parties.” This MOU contains guidelines for services to be mutually provided by OCF and SSA.
