CONSIDER SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT IN CASE OFMinute Item • December 20th, 2006
The Office of the Attorney General, acting on the behalf of the State, and subject to Commission approval, has negotiated a settlement of quiet title litigation involving certain lands owned by the Commission near the Sacramento River in Glenn County. The Commission's Title and Boundary Units have reviewed the proposed property descriptions to be quieted and are satisfied that they do not adversely affect the sovereign interests of the State.
