These terms and conditions of sale ("Terms and Conditions of Sale") shall apply to any sale by Eaton (together with any of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries or holding companies referred to as “Seller”) of any Eaton products (the “Products”) or services (the “Services”) to the person or entity placing an order with Seller (the “Buyer”) which is accepted by Seller under these Terms and Conditions of Sale, The Buyer and Seller are collectively referred to as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party”. Both Parties, Buyer and the Seller are entrepreneurs having a business relationship. This Terms and Conditions of Sale do not concern consumers, natural persons.
