This GROUND LEASE (this “Lease”) is entered into by and between NEW RISE RENEWABLES RENO, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Tenant”), and TWAIN GL XXVIII, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (“Landlord”), effective as of March 29, 2022 (the “Commencement Date”).
