This Procurement Contract (“Contract”) is by and between the Grand Rapids Public Utilities Commission, located at 500 SE 4th St, Grand Rapids, MN 55744 (“GRPUC”), and Widseth Smith Nolting & Associates, Inc. an engineer, located at 216 Main Street, Crookston, MN, 56716 (“Contractor”). GRPUC and Contractor may be referred to jointly as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
