This Easement Restoration and Maintenance Agreement (the “Agreement”) is an agreement between the City of Bozeman, a self-governing municipality operating pursuant to its Charter and the laws of the State of Montana, with a mailing address of P.O. Box 1230, Bozeman, MT 59771 (the “City”) and Human Resource Development Council District IX, Inc., with a mailing address of 32 South Tracy Ave., Bozeman MT 59715 (hereinafter “HRDC”, and together with the City the “Parties”). As used in this Agreement, “HRDC” includes HRDC, its employees, agents, invitees, guests, contractors or subcontractors.
