Ref: Agreement Title and Date:CATS Transportation and Processing Agreement for the transportation and processing of Culzean Field Gas, dated 24th August 2015 Scope of Agreement/Responsibilities (refer to Note 1):CATS Parties provide the following main services: Accept gas from the Culzean field at the CATS T5 entry point Provide capacity and transport Culzean gas to the CATS terminal Provide capacity and process Culzean gas at the CATS terminal Provide the Culzean owners with allocation, attribution and reporting services in accordance with the CATS nomination and allocation procedures Re-deliver to the Culzean owners sales specification gas at the NTS entry point; propane, butane and condensate ex-CAT
